Return and Refund Policy

Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. This includes custom wigs, colored hair, and bleached bundles. Each item is prepared with care and quality, ensuring it meets our high standards before shipment.

Exceptions for Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product such as an incorrect length, texture, or item please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly correct the issue with an exchange or replacement. To qualify, the hair must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

PayPal Buy Now, Pay Later

We offer flexible payment options through PayPal’s Buy Now, Pay Later. If your order qualifies for a return due to an error, refunds will be processed via PayPal. Please note you are still responsible for any remaining payments if the return is not approved.
