SHIPPING & RETURNS

Britt Unique Hair processes all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, orders are shipped via standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days depending on the destination. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout, as Britt Unique Hair is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or carrier-related delays.

All orders are final sale. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. However, if there is an issue with your order such as missing items, defects, or concerns with your purchase, customers must contact us directly at brittany@brittunique.co within a reasonable timeframe so we can review and assist accordingly.

If a package experiences delivery issues such as delays, loss, or misdelivery, customers are required to file a claim directly with the shipping provider using their tracking number and shipment details. Britt Unique Hair is not responsible for carrier errors once the package has been transferred and scanned into the shipping system, but we will support you where possible during the claim process.
